My Photoshop Experiments.

So I’ve started using photo shop a bit (actually, Gimp, but same basic idea). I thought I might upload a couple of things I’ve made to get some constructive criticism! 😀

Okay, so I know it needs work, but it’s one of the first ones I did.

I got told this one could sell chocolate bars…

Yeah, my first attempt at making mountains and trees Failed.

So, this is my latest one. I drew them today. Kind of looks okay, I think!

idk what you’re talking about, none of these are bad, I think they’re pretty good!

🙂 Thanks. I’m just starting out so I’m using that as my excuse for all the bad bits! 😀

I love silohuettes so the moon one has my vote, and the tree and mountain one does too.

I like the eyes, she kind of reminds of me of Julia Roberts when she was looking really “Bambi” and innocently inspiring.

I’ve never tried photoshop. Wouldn’t know what to do with it 🙂

I think these images are wonderful. The colors in the mountain are stunning. And the eyes are awesome. Wish I had eyes like that. I’d be flashing them at everyone. 🙂

🙂 Thank you! Ha, it’s just one of my new hobbies, but I’ve ended up drawing out some of my children’s characters from poems! Recently made a fly but somehow forgot they had legs! 😀

wow Hi Jen. Photoshop is pretty amazing. Ive often thought of having a go myself. An expensive hobby! Anyway I like your ideas. and i guess thats the secret of using it. It develops with your creativity, which means your work is always unique to you…..
    Go for it!
I look forward to seeing more of your work

🙂 Thank you! and actually I use Gimp rather than photoshop. which is pretty much exactly the same thing but free! It really is amazingly easy to use and there’s great tutorials for it online! 🙂

aloha Jen. these are way beyond a beginner (imo). I now use a lite version of photoshop (or various apps on an iPad) a lot. yeah PS and Gimp are very similar. you could teach me things, I’m sure. I’ve been plugging along on different versions of PS for years. because it’s fun. have you tried placing your writing within the image yet? fun on. aloha.
